Where we ship

UK, EU, and USA as standard. Other destinations on request — contact us before ordering and we’ll check feasibility.

Age-verified delivery

Items containing bladed contents are sent via age-verified delivery to comply with UK law. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the parcel.

Import responsibility

It’s the customer’s responsibility to confirm the item can legally be imported into your country before you order. Restrictions and prohibitions vary by destination, and we can’t be liable for restrictions specific to your country’s import rules.

If your country refuses delivery

Items returned to us because they can’t be imported can be exchanged for goods of equivalent value (less return postage and any costs incurred). Cash refunds aren’t possible on cross-border return cases.

Insurance

Insurance to the value declared on the package is included in our quoted shipping prices. Cover is to the limit set by the carrier — for very high-value pieces ask us before ordering and we’ll arrange extended cover.
